Basic Almond HempSeed Smoothie

6 to 8 ounces Almond Breeze Almond Milk
2 to 3 tablespoons Hemp Seed
1 to 2 teaspoon(s) Agave Syrup
Pinch Celtic Sea Salt
1 cup Ice

Directions

-- Add Almond Milk, Hemp Seed, Agave and Salt to Blender
-- Blend 30 to 60 seconds, until seeds are liquified
-- Add Ice and blend until ice is dissolved

This is the basic recipe. You can add fruit (banana, berries), coconut, rice protein powder, nuts or whatever else you like.
