Thanksgiving Turkey, Vegetable and Potato Pie

The perfect use for all your holiday leftovers. Super fast, and super good! Don’t worry if you don’t have the exact amounts called for below. This is a no fail dish!
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 to 25 minutes
2 1/2 cups leftover turkey gravy
2 cups cubed leftover turkey
2 cups diced leftover vegetables (such as green beans,
corn and carrots)
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 cups leftover mashed Kale Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together gravy, turkey, vegetables and thyme in an 11 X 7-inch baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of potatoes into the center. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and gravy is hot and bubbly.
