Changing Lifestyle

I've been an ice cream addict my entire life and that's a long time. As I got older I developed a severe lactose intolerance. Somebody told me about Vanilla Almond Breeze milk. Got to admit I was skeptical but I purchased a carton. Almond Breeze Vanilla satisfies my craving for ice cream and WHOA - it's healthier for me. Can't beat that with a stick.
